To book your appointment at Lasata Salon & Spa, simply call 507-536-0004 or 877-546-0004 (toll free) or feel free to stop at the front desk. To ensure optimum availability we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests on short notice.


Your promptness is greatly appreciated. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.  If time allows for part of the scheduled service, you will be charged for the full service originally scheduled.  All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.  If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” which could result in a missed appointment charge.


Your appointment time is reserved for you. We understand that situations occur that make you have to cancel your appointments.  Respectfully, we would appreciate a 48 hour notice so there is time to fill that appointment.  A 24 hour notice is required in order to avoid charges.  Charges will include paying 50% for your previous missed service as well as a credit card on file before booking your next appointment.
We do allow every client a grace one time missed appointment because we know life happens.


Please remove all valuables including jewelry, clothing, etc., as Lasata will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.


Gift certificates are available for packages or any denomination and can be used toward any salon or spa service or product.


Parties of three or more will be charged a 15% gratuity. Spa packages and wedding parties require a credit card number to hold the reservation due to the length of these appointments; 48 hours notice of cancellation is required to avoid any charges.


All services and products received must be settled upon your departure from Lasata. Payment is accepted by cash,
local checks, gift certificates, Visa or Mastercard (tips not accepted on credit cards).


It seldom happens, but in the unlikely event you would need to return something, you will be given an in-store product credit (not to be used toward services). No returns are accepted after 60 days from purchase date. Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.

To ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for all guests, we ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. We also ask guests to refrain from using cell phones in the salon and spa areas.
