Dear Lasata Guest,
Thank you so much for all of the patience, love and support you’ve shown us over these last few months.
We are reaching out to share some important updates with you. In order for us to open June 2nd, we will be implementing new sanitation and safety procedures that have been set by our Governor and Board of Cosmetology. To keep our staff and our valued Lasata Community safe, your first visit back will include these changes:
~All appointments must be prescheduled, no walk in appointments at this time. For those who had scheduled appointments from March 18-May 30th, we will contact you for a new appointment time. Only persons receiving services may be in the salon to maintain our limited occupancy requirement. Please be patient as we try to accommodate everyone in a timely manner with our new limitations.
~ If you are having a haircut or a color and cut, please arrive with freshly shampooed and dried hair. This is temporary, but allows for a shortened exposure time and it will also allow your Stylist to properly sanitize her station in between guests.
~When you arrive to your appointment, please stay in your car and call Lasata @ 536-0004.
At that time, an employee of Lasata will come out to your car. We will have you sign a waiver, releasing Lasata from liability in the case you were to become ill after your visit. Also, we will be checking temperatures with touch-less thermometers.
~ Per requirement from the MN Board of Cosmetology, we ask that you wear a mask that goes around your ears, as will our staff. If you forget, Lasata will provide a mask for your first appointment back and ask that you bring one to future appointments.
~We will not be able to serve beverages or have magazines available. Feel free to bring your own.
~In order to comply with the “shortened exposure in close proximity” challenge, we will not be blowdrying hair after your service, but will put in product if you wish. Again, this is temporary and will be revisited as limitations are lifted.
~If you are feeling anything less than of normal health, please call, even the morning of your appointment, and reschedule. Our 48 hour cancellation policy will be lifted during this time. However, there will be a charge if the scheduled client does not show up for an appointment without confirmation of cancellation.
~We will continue to allow our usual forms of payment which include: Credit Card, Check and Cash as well as have a touch-less payment option available if you prefer.
~As much as we can’t wait to give you a welcome back hug, we will be practicing all social distancing rules when not performing services.
After all of that, we thank you for choosing us! We sincerely appreciate your support and we are to determined to remain positive during this challenging time and to rise to the occasion. Please call if you have questions or concerns.
Yours in Service,
The Staff of Lasata Salon and Spa
